honey ras!!!

honey ras..a strange amalgamation of two words...visually belonging to two different languages...ras=juice(in hindi...this is for my "no-hindi-please" buddies and budd(h)as) and honey (madhu...this explanation only becoz otherwise it wud hv bin unfair...although trivially so..i sincera` hope ppl reading dis wud knw enuff english)...

so coming back to honey ras...the seemingly meaningless title of this blog..
chalo listing below some possible decipherences:
1.) goin berserkly hindi...
     madhu and ras...MADHURAS...

an immensely important and widely acknowledged element of poetries and classical music...madhuras recognition used to be an integral chapter in my classical-training days..n allow me to be a bit brattish and immodest but i used to be pretty good at it....but mind..only the recognition...i hardly used to sing nething that even remotely resembled "reeking with madhuras"...
i m too drastic a novice  in poetries to explain, rather understand, the implication of madhuras in hindi poetries...
just for the sake of a bit of gk, i happen to know that the compositions of that out-of-the-world(i world rather use "alaukik" here) bloke mahadevi verma churned out incalculably high volumes of madhuras...no wonder she suffered frm diabetes...
incidentally, i, being a typical probashi b"a"ngali, have not one, nor two, but twenty-seven "sweet tooth-s"...n i dote on sweets(ghee-dripping marwari ones included) and mahadevi verma...
(n twenty seven-this precise number owing social courtesy to the-now-long-gone braces adorning my appearance...ruining away the whole point of proms in my higher secondary schooling)

2.)honey-ras:
switching to typical dan brown-ish domains, honey ras happens to share a happy coincidence with it being the anagram of my name!!
actually "slay him n soak her" is what the complete anagram is...but it sounds too violent, dramatic and smwht meaningless too...so honey ras it shall be!!

and frankly speaking...there is no satiny-silk silver string that bound these two words originally but just for the sake of vesting certain "gem" meaning to it...after googling out a bit, and disposing off certain outrageous possibilities like rajasthan administrative services, a certain "ras" subfamily of animal protein(which temporarily tempted me..owing to its connection wid honeybees), some european surnames, and a list of abbreviations denoting a.) remote access service, b.)remote access server, c.)row access strobe, d.)registration, admission status(:(),      i came up wid dis explanation which i considered best suited to this anagram...
i m presently in ras-laffan, doha...n i recreated my blog after 4.5 years from this place...so what better a tribute than partially naming the big fat thing after this big fat place...(EXTREMELY LAME....sorry!)
